Creative Relaxation: Tea Making & Sound Bath Experience - Mar 7

On Saturday, March 7, we will gather for a one-of-a-kind experience. Participants will be guided through mixing their own tea blends with organic herbs, while Mooney Energetics fills the space with a Sound Bath.

What is a Sound Bath?

  • Enjoy a meditative experience where you
    immerse yourself in a soundscape created by
    various instruments, such as singing bowls,
    gongs, chimes, and drums.

  • No Expectations: There's no need to "do" anything.
    Simply allow yourself to receive the sounds and let go
    of any tension.
