Create a miniature, living keepsake in our Vintage Tea Cup Garden class. Using reclaimed teacups and saucers, you’ll design a compact container garden featuring low-maintenance succulents, moss, and seasonal accents.

A curated vintage teacup, soil, plants, moss, and decorative elements
Instruction on arranging plants for balance, drainage tips for teacups, and long-term care (watering, light, pruning)

Creative Relaxation: Tea Making & Sound Bath Experience

LOCATION: This event takes place at The Parlor in Mt. Juliet, TN. 9578 Lebanon Rd, Mt Juliet, TN 37122-5509.

We will gather for a one-of-a-kind experience. Participants will be guided through mixing their own tea blends with organic herbs, while Mooney Energetics fills the space with a Sound Bath.

What is a Sound Bath?

Enjoy a meditative experience where you
immerse yourself in a soundscape created by
various instruments, such as singing bowls,
gongs, chimes, and drums.
No Expectations: There's no need to "do" anything.
Simply allow yourself to receive the sounds and let go
of any tension.
