Discover the art of kokedama, a Japanese-inspired planting style that celebrates simplicity, nature, and the beauty of imperfection.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll create your own moss-wrapped plant using natural materials and guided instruction. No two kokedama are exactly alike, and that’s the point. Rooted in the philosophy of wabi-sabi, this practice invites you to let go of perfection and appreciate the imperfect.
As you work, you’ll stimulate your senses, connect with your hands, and experience the quiet, therapeutic benefits of working with plants.
This class is designed for all ages and experience levels. For children under 10, I recommend 1 project for both parent & child to work together. This is a beginner, plant-killer-friendly class!
Whether you come on your own, with friends, or as a family, you’ll leave with a living piece of art and a renewed sense of calm.
Come get your hands in the dirt and create something beautifully imperfect.
